1. Free Shipping and  Flat Rate Shipping

This US domestic flat rate shipping and and free shipping and  handling fee is for online orders ONLY!

Shipping address in states of HI, AK, AR and PR are excluded from our shipping offer.

Orders over $100  will ship by UPS Ground  is : Free Shipping

This shipping offer limit to 1 box of dimension 24"x14"x18" only.

Please call us if you need to ship your order using UPS 2nd or 3rd Days Service.

Order amount is between $200 and $400

Orders will ship by UPS Ground and the Flat Rate is: $12.00

Please note that:

  • This Flat Rate and any shipping offer is for the first box of dimension 24"x14"x18" only, and customer is responsible for any additional boxes shipping fee.
  • Large size of items under category TRAVEL BAGS and STORE SUPPLY are excluded from our flat rate shipping offer. They are charged according to the shipping service and the weight and dimension of the boxes.
  • Shipping address in states HI, AK, AR, PR and International are charged according to the shipping service and the weight and dimension of the boxes.
  • Customers will be informed by email or telephone if they need to pay more shipping fee that is not cover by the US domestic UPS flat shipping and handling fee offer.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box address since UPS does not accept P.O. Box address as shipping address.
  • Orders ship by UPS 2nd or 3rd Day service could not guarantee to ship out at the same day but they will ship out after one business day.
  • Orders ship by UPS Ground service will ship out order within 48 hours mostly.
  • International orders can ship by USPS services per customers required.
  • Customers will be responsible for custom duties and taxes.
  • We ship orders on Monday to Friday only.
  • We ship orders to billing and shipping to the same address only. If order's shipping and billing address is different, you must to fill out a "Credit Card authorization form" if order paid by Credit Cards to us before we ship out your order.
  • Customers would be charged $12.00 for address correction after the order has been shipped.
  • Any Shipments return to us because of they are refused or not deliverable, customer will be subject to 25% restock fee plus the return shipping cost.

2. Delivery

If customers ordered items are in stock, we may be delivered immediately; however, it depends on the inventory flow, orders may require manufacturing also. If product from orders required manufacturing, please allow approximately 2 weeks for AIR SHIPMENT and 4 weeks for SEA SHIPMENT before we attempt to deliver the order. And the date customers will receive their orders depend on the shipping services that the customers chose. If customer's ordered items are out of stock, we will exclude them from your order and you will not be charged for that. If orders could not be fulfill all quantity according to our inventory, we would ship whatever we have for your orders with or without prior notice you about the missing quantity.

3. Order cancellation or change

4. Return

All merchandises are final sale. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE.

For broken merchandise during transit by carriers, we provide free repair or exchange. Customers need to inform us within 7 days from the day received the products, and our authorization for any return is required. It is customers responsible for the shipping fee of the return products. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging. If customer returns the merchandise, and it is not because of quality problem, we will charge 25% restocking fee of returning merchandise amount from customer. You must email or call us first for a return authorization number before returning any merchandises. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorization returns will receive our store credit.
